Yibaisui Group is located at Pujiang Economic Development Zone of Zhejiang Province, at the foot of Xianhua Mountain—a national-level scenic spot. It is very near to Pujiang Entrance of Hangjinqu Highway (only 3 km), also only 10 km to Yiwu Airport and Railway Station, and Provincial Highway 03 just passes through this area. It also enjoys beautiful surroundings, convenient communication and fluent logistics.
    Our company is established in 1997, with the registered capital of RMB 50,000,000 Yuan and total assets of over RMB 700 million Yuan. It is approved as a non-regional enterprise group by the State Administration of Industry and Commerce, and has set up five branch companies which respectively are: Zhejiang Wansui Jewelry Co., Ltd, Zhejiang Pujiang High-tech Development Co., Ltd, Zhejiang Dongyang Yibaisui Investment Management Co., Ltd, Zhejiang Shengzhou Yibaisui Real Estate Co., Ltd and Zhejiang Tiantian Culture Spreading Co., Ltd.
    Through more than ten years of hard work and struggle, our group has developed gradually from a small company that was only engaged in the production and sale of health products to a diversified, multi-industry, trans-regional comprehensive group enterprise which takes the research, development, production and the sale of the health drink and food as the base, the process of jewelry and jade products as the breakthrough, and the development, sale and investment management of the real estate as the strategic investment priority and advertisement and food & beverage service as the image display. Especially in recently years, the group has determinedly made adjustment in development strategy. After having established investment in real estate as the strategic focus of development, we focus on the development of projects in industry real estate and industrial park. Our major investment projects include: The first one is Zhejiang Wannian Pioneer Park which was developed in 2004 and completed in 2006, covers an area of 375 Mu, involves total investment funds of RMB 350 million Yuan, and has introduced 27 enterprises. The second is Zhejiang Shengzhou Yiwu Industrial Park which involved total investment funds of RMB 230 million Yuan, with a planning industrial factory building area of 156 thousand square meters, and it will introduce more than 40 enterprises. The third is Dongyang Hengdian Industrial Park, with total investment funds of RMB 300 million Yuan and planning building area of 175 thousand square meters. Besides, there are some other commercial real estate projects which are: Shenqiu Fudu—Fortune Center, with a building area of 230 thousand square meters, which stretches 1.4 km and forms the first large comprehensive commercial-residential district in central plain area of China, Shanghai Wujiaochang Guoji Road Commercial Street and Pujiang Automobile City, etc.
